Published at : December 19, 2022
Question:
I would like to determine and take into account the stiffness of a line support using a fictitious wall. Why is this option grayed out for me?
Answer:
The "Stiffness using fictitious wall" option is only available if the local axis system of the supported line has been selected, not for the global coordinate system.
As soon as "Local xyz" has been selected under the coordinate system and the option has been activated, the "Stiffness using fictitious wall" tab is available. See also Figures 01 and 02.
