Finding the Combined Screening Test Result / Ordinarily Citizen of the UK Issue / Filipina in the UK

Finding the result of our combined screening test result is so stressful. They said you will receive a letter thru post after 3 days when you are high risk so from that week i keep on praying that i won't see the royal mail. But then royal mail really drop a letter after 3 days. so how is that??/

And another problem is i need to prove that im an ordinariy citizen of the UK? I don't know why i need it
