Organised Crime, Female Victims and Cyber Crime. Do police respond adequately to cyber based abuse?
Published at : December 03, 2021
The man who assaulted me was frowned upon by the other people who were attacking me in 2019. It appears organised crime find it acceptable to compromise a person’s digital accounts for over 12 months but a punch to the back is considered unacceptable. The suffering of the hacking was far worse than the physical assault. Now let me be clear. I would prefer no violence but the digital hacking lasted much longer. It’s impact was far greater. Plus police would not activate for a stolen AppleID and a compromised phone. The police turn a blind eye to such crime. They claim it’s too hard. I was thankful I was hit as it drew Police attention to my situation. Clever organised criminals understand this distinction. And I suspect that is why the man who assaulted me was being framed by his own people as the sole aggravator. I stepped in and prevented him from taking all the responsibility but now police will not follow up on the lead aggrevators. Why? This is a perplexing situation. It appears Police do not consider digital abuse as serious as physical abuse?
