Just because wood wheels may have been rebuilt does not guarantee they have been built well. I am examining a set or wheels that will need to be completely rebuilt again, because the first job was done so poorly. Building and restoring horse drawn vehicles involves understanding the precepts of how these vehicles need to be built to operate safely.
