A doctor who serves as special adviser to the National Task Force against COVID-19 agrees with proposals to let restaurants make their dine-in option exclusive to individuals who are fully vaccinated against the new coronavirus, who have developed natural immunity against the virus after being infected, and who cannot be vaccinated due to certain medical conditions. Dr. Ted Herbosa says in a briefing on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, that restaurants can accommodate persons who opted to remain unvaccinated against COVID-19 in their alfresco or outdoor dining areas./kga
