Threshold Intervals - 6 x 5min

Races are around the corner and I'm progressing in training to prepare for them. There's 2.5 weeks until my next Triathlon and today I've got 6 x 5min intervals with 2min jog recovery on the program. The course for this workout is hilly and soft under-foot so paces aren't my focus.

Future episodes will include much more than my running workouts so keep an eye out for future episodes coming soon.
