Today is Day 6 of our 14-Day Challenge! We are almost halfway; keep on going! Today we are doing some KICKBOXING!

This 25 Minute Total Body Workout allows you to keep things low impact but is still very challenging and intense. You can jump if you want but it's completely optional! We are doing 4 rounds of exercise twice! Intervals are 30 seconds long with 10 seconds recovery. I'm using 5lb weights for this one and that will make this workout challenging for me!
